Our added spray-dried apple cider vinegar reacts with calcium and magnesium to form mineral acetates, a type of electrolyte that is easily absorbed and utilized by the body. Cal-M also provides trace amounts of potassium, phosphorus, zinc and iron.

WHY DO WE ADD APPLE CIDER VINEGAR?
Apple cider vinegar is made from the fermented juice of crushed apples. It contains a naturally occurring compound called acetic acid. When it comes into contact with calcium and magnesium, acetic acid reacts to form mineral salts such as calcium acetate and magnesium acetate.

WHAT DOES CAL-M DO?
Cal-M provides magnesium and calcium, both of which contribute to a healthy diet in several ways. Both magnesium and calcium contribute to normal muscle function, energy-yielding metabolism and normal bones.
