Prices
At Trueevitamins AB, all prices are in Danish kroner and include VAT and fees. We reserve the right to change prices without prior consent. We also reserve the right to have items sold out.
Payment
Trueevitamins AB accepts payment with VISA-Dankort, VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard, MobilePay, and Bank Transfer. The payment will only be deducted from your account when the item is shipped. All amounts are in DKK (Danish kroner) and include VAT. We reserve the right for pricing errors and sold-out/discontinued items.
Delivery
Trueevitamins AB strives to dispatch orders placed before 5 PM the same day; orders placed afterwards will be sent the following business day.
We ship to all of Denmark. Shipping prices start at DKK 35. Items will be delivered to the delivery address specified at the time of ordering.
We do not deliver abroad or to the Faroe Islands and Greenland.
Your items are sent with Post Nord, GLS, or DAO.
Note: If there is no space at the delivery location, the package will be moved to the nearest delivery location, of which you will be informed. If problems arise, please contact customer service.
Deliveries are made on all business days. Your item will be delivered 1-3 business days after ordering.
For certain items, special delivery conditions apply. These conditions will be clearly stated before purchasing these items.
Right of Complaint
A 2-year right of complaint is granted under the Purchase Act. Our right of complaint applies to defects in material and/or workmanship. You can have the item exchanged, the money refunded, or a price reduction, depending on the specific situation. The complaint does not apply to defects or damages caused by incorrect handling of the product/service. You must complain within 5 days of discovering the defect/error. Trueevitamins AB will cover return costs to a reasonable extent.
For items with limited shelf life, your right to complain is limited to the shelf life period.

Refunds
If a refund is agreed upon, please provide bank details in the form of a registration number and account number, so the agreed amount can be transferred. This information can be provided without risk via email or other electronic forms, as it is not sensitive information and will only be used to fulfill the refund.
Right of Withdrawal
A 14-day full right of return is given on items purchased in our webshop.
IMPORTANT: All products within personal care and dietary supplements, vitamins, and similar items have a value reduction of 100% if you open the packaging - and therefore you will not get a refund if you return an item with broken packaging.
The period is counted from the day;

You receive the order.

You receive the last item in physical possession, when it comes to an agreement for several different items ordered in one order but delivered individually or in multiple rounds.

You receive the last batch or last part in physical possession, when it comes to an agreement for delivery of items that consist of several batches/parts.

You receive the first item in physical possession, when it comes to regular delivery of items over a specific period.
You must bear the return costs yourself.
The withdrawal must be notified to us no later than 14 days after purchase, and the return shipment must be sent no later than 14 days after the withdrawal. The notification must be given via email at kontakt@trueevitamin.dk . In the notification, you must clearly indicate that you wish to use your right of withdrawal. If you wish to return the item to us, you must fill out the attached Return Form and send the item to:

You cannot withdraw by simply refusing to receive the item without giving clear notice thereof.
Items Exempt from the Right of Withdrawal
The following types of items are exempt from the right of withdrawal:

Items manufactured according to consumer specifications or clearly personalized.

Sealed items which, for health protection or hygiene reasons, are not suitable for return, and where the seal has been broken after delivery.

Items that, due to their nature, are inseparably mixed with other items upon delivery.

Items where the seal is broken.

Non-financial services, if the delivery of the service has begun with the consumer's prior express consent and acknowledgment that the right of withdrawal ceases when the service is fully performed.

Agreements made at a public auction.

Items that deteriorate or expire quickly.
Returns
You must send your order back without undue delay and no later than 5 days after you have informed us of your withdrawal. You bear the direct costs associated with the return. When returning, you are responsible for ensuring that the item is properly packed. You must include a copy of the order confirmation. The process will be quicker if you also fill out and include our Withdrawal Form. If you wish to return the item to us, you must fill out the attached Return Form and send the item to:

You bear the risk of the item from the time of delivery until we have received it back.
We do not accept packages sent COD.
Condition of the Item upon Return
You are only liable for any reduction in the item's value due to handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the item. In other words, you can try the item as you would in a physical store.
If the item has been tried beyond what is described above, it is considered used. This means that if you withdraw from the purchase, you will only receive part or none of the purchase amount, depending on the item's commercial value at the time of receipt - upon return. To receive the full purchase amount, you must test the item without actually using it.
Refunds
If you withdraw from your purchase, you will naturally receive the amount you have paid to us back.
In the event of a value reduction, for which you are liable, this amount will be deducted from the purchase amount.
When exercising the right of withdrawal, all payments received from you, including delivery costs (excluding additional costs resulting from your choice of a different delivery method than the cheapest standard delivery method we offer), will be refunded without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date we received notice of your decision to exercise the right of withdrawal. The refund will be made using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.
We can withhold the refund until we have received the item back unless you have provided proof of return.
