The Basic Balance pack is designed to provide 28 days of balanced vitamin and mineral supplementation. We have brought together a range of vitamins and minerals to form our Basic Balance supplement pack.

WHY CHOOSE OUR DAILY SUPPLEMENT PACKAGE?
While it is possible to mix all the supplements in our Basic Balance Pack into a single supplement, doing so will remove many of the nutrients and balance that the multiple supplements provide. Our daily supplement bag contains a blend of health supplements, all of which contain high-quality dosages of a range of essential vitamins and minerals.

NEW GREENER PACKAGING
As part of our ongoing commitment to becoming a more sustainable supplement company, we have updated the packaging for our daily pack. We have removed the large plastic containers and replaced them with biodegradable bags. We have still had to keep the individual plastic bags inside as we have not yet found a solution that keeps the supplements fresh. We are working on it.

WHAT DO YOU GET IN OUR BASIC BALANCE PACKAGE?
Each bag contains the following supplements:

2 × Natural Vitamin E 400 IU capsule:

Vitamin E contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress.
We use D-alpha-tocopherol succinate in our vitamin E supplement.

1x Mineral Multi Capsule:

Multi contains a unique blend of 13 minerals in one capsule.

Calcium contributes to the maintenance of normal bones.
Magnesium contributes to a reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
Iron contributes to normal cognitive function.
Copper contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism.
Potassium contributes to normal muscle function.
Iodine contributes to normal cognitive function.

At intakes of 200 mg per day above the recommended daily intake, vitamin C contributes to the maintenance of the normal function of the immune system during and after intense physical exercise.

2x Cal-M 250mg Capsules : Cal-M is a powder blend of calcium, magnesium and organic apple cider vinegar, designed to deliver these important minerals as acetates, making them more easily absorbed by the body.
